This is an exciting time for the trusts team at Sue Ryder. Following a highly successful year, the team has grown its pool of supporters and is recruiting for one new member to join an existing team of four, including this post. As well as nurturing and reporting to loyal supporters, this role will focus on raising additional trust and foundation gifts of up to £10,000, helping us achieve our new organisational, five-year strategy.

A proactive fundraiser, with experience of cultivating and securing gifts up to £10,000 and a passion for building and maintaining support. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal skills and a talent for establishing rapport. You will relish connecting trust donors to brilliant projects that require funding and be motivated by the opportunity to maintain personalised relationships with them.

About the role:

This role plays an important part in cultivating and stewarding grant givers to support Sue Ryder’s work. It offers the post-holder the chance to increase their knowledge and experience through working on a wide range of local and national fundraising propositions. With a new strategy in place, innovative and much-needed services launching and supported by a friendly team, the role provides considerable scope for a fundraiser to develop in a successful and expanding national team.

Due to the rapid expansion of Day One Trauma Support over the last three years, the charity’s infrastructure has needed to respond quickly to meet its changing demands. There is now a requirement to ensure that the Finance and Resources team has the right skill set and capacity to provide the support needed by the charity in an efficient and proactive way.

The HR Officer and Executive Assistant role is a newly created position to reflect both the growing HR needs of the charity as the workforce expands, and the executive support required by the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure the efficient and effective running of the charity. This is a key role which is instrumental in bringing the HR and organisational administration functions together at an operational level.

Reporting primarily to the Director of Finance and Resources and assisted by an external HR and Employment Law support service, this role will provide advice, guidance and support to all line managers in HR related matters whilst building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders throughout all levels of the organisation.  This will include support to ensure the efficient and effective management, monitoring and reporting of people metrics, from recruitment, development, retention through to attrition and at all stages of the employee life cycle.

The role will also provide crucial executive support to the CEO and SLT of three Directors, to ensure the smooth operation of their responsibilities and co-ordinating efforts of various parties to ensure completion of key tasks and actions.

As part of an expanding and ambitious organisation, there are considerable development opportunities for the successful candidate and the ability to help shape the infrastructure of the charity.

About you:

You will have at least 3 years’ experience of delivering HR support directly and facilitating line managers to deliver HR support.  You will have a demonstrable understanding of employment law and the practical application of this, with experience of implementing HR administration and operational best practice for example, in the areas of recruitment, capability and performance management. You will help lead in creating an atmosphere of trust and an enabling environment where staff can contribute their best and develop their potential, which is critical for Day One as a young organisation.

You will have significant experience of providing proactive and responsive administrative assistance to senior staff and demonstrable experience of developing and managing effective administrative systems.  Additionally, the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships through professional engagement and communication skills, both written and spoken, that are effective, empathetic and adaptable to different situations are key to this role.

You will be highly organised and responsive to others in a way that is both timely and professional with well-developed time management skills to manage competing priorities, ensure follow up of actions and meet deadlines whilst working under pressure. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is critical to this role, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality.

As our Marketing Executive (Loyalty) in our Loyalty Squad you will play an important role in driving brilliant supporter-centric marketing campaigns to raise crucial support for Save the Children UK. Working closely with Marketing Managers, you will contribute to the development and execution of effective retention and income growth activity. Your focus will be on fostering deep connections with our supporters, prompting action, and driving income by increasing both donor volume and value.

 In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with Marketing Managers to deliver compelling multi-channel campaigns that drive income and retention targets.
• Utilise various marketing channels, including Direct Mail, Email, Telemarketing and SME to create engaging communication journeys for donors.
• Take ownership of specific aspects of the supporter experience to enhance engagement and drive long-term value.
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of key marketing materials across multiple channels and propositions.
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth campaign delivery and optimise results while prioritising a positive supporter experience.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activity and performance, generating regular performance reports.
• Incorporate customer supporter insight and data analysis into marketing strategies, utilising a test-and-learn approach to continually improve acquisition outputs.

 To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Previous experience in customer/supporter loyalty and retention marketing.
• Experience working on fundraising cash appeals or other income generating campaigns.
• Proficiency in delivering marketing initiatives across various channels, most notably Direct Mail, Email, Digital.
• Some experience with Telemarketing and SMS would be desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to grow existing supporter value through communication journeys, supporter experience enhancements, or donor care initiatives.
• Project management skills with a track record of supporting the delivery of complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, such as creative agencies, fulfilment houses, or telemarketing agencies.
• Familiarity with developing and delivering fundraising and marketing assets both online and offline, with knowledge of both data and print processes for direct marketing.
• Ability to utilise data and insights to inform marketing strategies, track results, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.

The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive is to ensure we provide a great supporter experience to any person, company or organisation who donates to the Epilepsy Society and to help the fundraising and marketing teams increase our number of supporters and fundraisers through digital acquisition.

As part of the Charity’s in-house marketing agency, you will support in responding to briefs from other departments and work closely with their teams to create and deliver marketing plans which deliver on revenue and strategic priorities. As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention, and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible experiences for supporters online, and that the online content and journeys are as good as they can be.

Managing specific digital fundraising projects, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure requirements are met, projects are delivered on time and on budget, and targets are achieved.

• Project Management: Oversee digital fundraising projects, ensuring they meet requirements, stay within budget, and hit targets.
• Digital Integration: Enhance offline campaigns with digital content and messaging in collaboration with fundraising teams.

Working with colleagues across fundraising and beyond to ensure digital support for the relevant campaigns is effective and optimised.

Required Skills

Essential:

• Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.
• Knowledge and experience in key digital marketing or fundraising disciplines, including CMS, email platforms, social media, search and display advertising, and GA4.
• Excellent writing skills with a background in fundraising copywriting.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting setup, and tracking progress against KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project management skills involving coordination with multiple teams and external agencies to achieve organisational goals.

Desirable:

Colostomy UK is a national charity that offers support and advice to people who have had stoma surgery (ostomates) and those who care about them. About the role:

As the Fundraising Executive you will work to grow income through developing our community engagement, attracting, building and managing relationships with a range of supporters (individual donors and fundraisers, community groups, local businesses, volunteers etc). You will lead on the stewardship of events and challenges, including our annual Step Up campaign, by supporting individuals and groups to raise funds through fundraising activities. My Cancer My Choices is looking for a talented relationship builder, people engager, community maker, and money raiser, to support our continued growth and development. 

Our award-winning charity provides complementary therapies to people living with cancer in Berkshire, empowering them and giving them control and choices over the treatments that will help to impove their physcial and mental wellbeing.  We want to biuld on our current success to expand our work and reach more people who would benefit from our support. 

As our new Supporter Development Officer you will enhance existing relationships in our community, and with our current supporters - as well as build new connections - to secure the financial and other support required to fund our growing services. You will work with individuals, community groups and businesses across our area, as well as alongside our fabulous volunteer fundraising committee who organise numerous highly successful fundraising events each year.   

You will be a fantastic ambassador for our organisation, able to convince others to support our valubable work. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Data Officer who has experience working with relational databases with a strong understanding of data protection and electronic marketing regulation. The right candidate will have experience working with databases in a fundraising or marketing context, be comfortable wrangling and cleaning data and possess the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. If you have experience with data analysis and visualisation that’s even better!

About the Role

As a Data Officer at Myeloma UK, you will be supporting the charity as we implement a brand-new data strategy. You will ensure our data is handled with the highest care, complying with best practice in data protection, and be involved in projects covering data management, data cleaning, reporting, and analysis.

Some of your varied responsibilities will include:

· Collaborate across the charity assessing our processing and help to manage communication preferences, data assets, including maintaining the Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) log.

Job summary

We are looking for a Chief Executive who can provide leadership, aligned with our valies and manage the organisation, working with the Trustee Board to provide vision and communicate a clear and inspiring strategic direction, implementing change as required.

The main purpose of this role is:

• To lead all staff and volunteers engaged by Motiv8 to successfully achieve objectives in line with Motiv8 valies in an inclusive way
• To develop the policy and strategy of Motiv8 in collaboration with the Board of Trustees
• To oversee and lead implementation of policies and strategy to deliver Motiv8 strategic aims now in the coming years
• To ensure that Motiv8 maintains and develops policies that reinforce inclusion and diversity in the workplace, that addrss all kinds of harrassment and protect minority and youth groups with whom Motiv8 works
• To represent Motiv8 on behalf of the Board of Trustees, to develop relations with our staff members, volunteers, partnership and stakeholder groups
• To further develop Motiv8 in line with the charity's objectives, to implement necessary change and ensure that Motiv8 exhibits ongoing relevance.

Data Lead (Executive)
Location: Based in London with travel to sub-Saharan Africa 
Hours: Full time (office based)
Salary: £90,000 - £150,000 (Negotiable dependent on experience)

The role
The goal of the Data Lead’s work is to set up data systems that help drive the organisations internal and their external partners’ success. The key areas include:

(1) to establish and manage an internal monitoring framework that tracks whether they are progressing towards their target – and helps them course correct if not on track;

(2) to provide strategic advice to their governmental partners on their data management and visualisation needs, which are key to advancing their human development agendas; and

(3) to think critically about how they track results in their leadership development work.

Experience
To be successful in this role you will need extensive experience with integrated monitoring frameworks and the use of data to drive government decision-making. 

You will have familiarity with relevant sub-fields, such as labour market information systems; health data systems; or education data systems and be able to demonstrate familiarity with and/or experience working in sub-Saharan Africa.

The role is working externally at the highest levels so will require someone with first class interpersonal and presentations skills, the ability to navigate complex environments and a willingness to understand partners’ contexts and political constraints. You will need to fully supports the ambition of policy champions at national level without prescribing external agendas, have a passion for using evidence to drive better decision making and the ability to maintain focus on the big picture, even when discussing technical questions.

Substantive knowledge in a field related to international development or human capital development appreciated and fluency in French and/or widely spoken African languages is desirable. We're open to sector experience but are particularly interested to hear from you if you are bring experience from the Government or Finance sectors.

We are looking for a Chief Officer who will be responsible for the day to day running of the charity as well as working with the Trustees to take the organisation forwards.  The successful candidate will have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, will have skills in finance, management and IT, and will enjoy working in a busy environment where there are changing demands and priorities throughout the day.

About the Role

This fundraiser will work closely with senior academics in the Humanities Division. The post will focus primarily on funding for posts, scholarships and access and outreach in the academic faculties as well as securing support for the activities of the Cultural Programme and Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities. An interest and appreciation for the arts and humanities is essential.
